Have you ever had dreams about being able to levitate objects just by using your brain? Maybe you have thought about the true meaning of mind over manner. What would you say if you found out that it is now possible to move an object just by concentrating?

The Telekinetic Obstacle Course

This is the concept behind the telekinetic obstacle course. Made by Mattel, this course is based upon the principle of using your brain waves to power a fan. While it is not a true telekinetic feat, the harder you concentrate on the obstacle course the faster the fan will spin.

The concept behind the game is relatively simple. The fan is powered by the level of activity in your brain waves. As the ball floats up or down you will then turn a knob which turns the game board. You must synch the power of the fan with the movement of the board in order to keep the ball moving through the telekinetic obstacle course.

The telekinetic theory says that it is possible to move objects just by using the power of your brain. This obstacle course does just that, but in an offhanded manner. Instead of moving the ball as you might expect you simply power (or move) the fan.

Accessing The Power Of The Mind

The biggest question you might have is how does this work? The secret is the in the gear you use to communicate with the game board. The headband and clips are based on technology similar to that used to do EEG scans of the brain.

The headband has one lead which contacts with your forehead. Also, the two ear clips each contain a lead. These perform the same function as the sticky leads used by radiologists. They can read the amount of electrical activity taking place in your brain. The greater the amount of brain activity the faster the game fan will spin.

It is almost a misclassification to call the telekinetic obstacle course a toy. It is not only a way to pass the time; it is also an effective way to increase your ability to concentrate. This is a great way to keep your mind in good working order. There is a great deal of emphasis on keeping our minds in shape as a way to slow down or even prevent the onset of such problems as dementia.

What better way to help do so than to build up your concentration? This tends to be one of the areas that need the most help in both the young and their elders alike. The great thing is that you don’t have to get bored with the way the telekinetic obstacle course is arranged. With eight different obstacles and the ability to change those around there are a great number of configurations that are possible.

The question is how powerful are you? Do you think you have what it takes to maneuver the ball through the telekinetic obstacle course? There is only one way to find out. Give it a shot and find out just how strong the power of the mind can be!
